Looking to partner in and learn house flipping

Hey I'm Franklin, and I am new to this community. I am trying to learn more about the real estate world through hands on experience. The dream is to start flipping houses after I find a house hack to start with. Looking for a job in partnering in flipping houses, as I have extensive carpentry/construction experience with an artist background. Or would love connection with someone to learn more about property management.

I'm young, (24) and eager to learn. My parents are real estate giants in Tennessee and I'm trying to get a fresh start here in Seattle!
