I'm looking to get hard money loan from the following land.

For your information, I purchased the land in 2019 for $505,000.

1/ I already got a lender interested in doing a loan with me but we need to find an appraiser to proceed next steps. His deal was 48% of LTV, 12% interest. 6 months prepayment and I'm good with the deal. But I'm open to any other opportunities if I can close the loan quickly

2/ If anyone knows any appraiser who can do the land appraisal please let me know.
