Hello, Hola! I am an investor myself and work with two property management agencies overseeing one in state and one out of state investment properties. I also self managed one rental property while living out of state. I am seeking an employment opportunity where I can serve as a liaison between landlord and tenant(s) where there is a language based communication barrier. Being fluent in Spanish, professional, experienced and passionate about property management, and an excellent communicator there is a lot I can bring to the table! Looking for employment within the triangle and also a desire to work remotely with a flexible schedule and my availability includes evenings and weekends. If anyone is in need of a translator or administrative assistant I would like to connect!
