Propert Management In The Smokies

We are in the process of rehabbing a home in Gatlinburg and beginning stages of looking for a property manager. Does anyone have any recommendations? 

Also, we spoke to Venture Resorts ( they have a few different websites cabinsofthesmokies.com being one ) and when initially talking to them they had a guaranteed revenue contract and the revenue was higher than projections we've gotten from other property management companies but communication has been horrible and can't get back in contact with them. Anyone ever had any interaction or done business with them?

Most folks here are going to tell you to self manage. With airbnb and vrbo they do the bulk of the crap you'd have a manager do anyway. (almost) All of us self manage. But talk to Collin if you don't want to. With short term there's no tenant screening or background checks or unit showing. So nearly all of it can be done from a distance.
