Looking for my core team

I am a NYC-based investor in the Cleveland market. I will be in Cleveland this Friday and Saturday and really want to maximize my time there by meeting up with pros face to face. I am looking to build my boots on the ground team that I can trust from NY. This includes an agent, contractor, property manager, inspector, etc.

Hey German! Honestly it was really worth it! I met a bunch of people and now have a few
people i can really rely on and trust. It also helped to explore the neighborhoods and do some house walkthroughs. I rented a car and drove around to the houses I had looked at prior to the trip. Someone else on here made a good point, we’re investing hundreds of thousands of dollars so it’s worth it to invest the extra few hundred to do your due diligence. I’m now set to close on my first cleveland house within the week. good luck! 😁
