I am Looking for an MTR ()Mid Term Rental) along Hwy 99 from Bakersfield to Sac. My pref is the Tower District in Fresno (Subto or Wholesale). Also looking to 1031 into 8+ units or Motel in the same area up to $3M with 20% down or to $6M with 10% down and seller carry. ASAP on both.
