airbnb tax info for multi-owner property

Hello,

I believe someone else might have gone this and hence might be able to provide me some help in tax filing information at airbnb.

Few months back bought property at Florida and have been renting it out via airbnb. This property was bought along with two more partners, we have created an LLC and have EIN for it.

Now Airbnb asked us to fill tax information (form W-9). I have few questions:

1. In the tax form at airbnb, it asks for full name and Business name. In the full name, should we provide one of the partners name or LLC name? In the business name field, we will provide LLC name.

2. Since property is in partnership with total 3 partners, how is Form 1099-K generated for all three? I believe 1099-K is needed for all 3 partners for their year end tax filing.

Thank you
