Hey all!

We’re 4 partners looking to start investing in real estate. We understand we need to speak to an attorney, however, not sure which kind of attorney we need to talk to. Any suggestions? (Real estate / corporate / tax attorney?)

Also, how have you built your corporate structures if you’ve partnered with multiple people to do deals with? Thanks in advance!

Be sure to speak with a tax advisor as well. Attorney sometimes will create you some tax unfavorable entity structures. For example you want to avoid piling up LLCs if you are living in CA.
