Drawing up contracts

Hey everyone,

I’m from the kcmo area, looking to get info on getting contracts. Do you draw up contracts yourself and have a lawyer look at them? Do you just go straight to the lawyer and have them draw it up? Do you print them off the internet?

If you do work with a lawyer I would love suggestions on any good ones in the kcmo/kck area.

I’m looking for all different types: lease agreements, wholesaling contracts, contractor contracts etc.

All input will be appreciated thanks!
