I bought house back in 2018 let’s called this one (A) and another houses 2019 this one it would be (B)

House A has homestead exemption it’s renting right now and having some cash Flo every moths and equity around $100K. House B it’s where we live now zero cash flow and $15k on equity. I was thinking on my taxes for this year claim all the income from property (A) but if in the future I want to sell this property it will be my investment properties right ? I won’t be able to keep 100% gains ?
