1st time landlord - should a lawyer review my lease agrmt?
I have a condo in Philadelphia that I'd like to rent. I have found a couple good lease agreement templates on this website. Once I update them, should I invest in having a lawyer review these documents to make sure they are airtight? If so, how much would it cost to have a lawyer do this?

Absolutely!!! Money well spent upfront and that very same agreement can then be used comfortably over and over again.
