Deliquent Taxes from previous owner
Hey guys, found a great deal locally however there are a few questions with it and wanted to get your take of you've experienced these scenarios:
1. Owner hasn't paid his property taxes in a few years. If I buy this property do I assume those deliquent taxes or am I not obligated to pay these?
2. Property is landlocked and doesn't have access to nearby streets, has anyone gone through the process of "connecting" this land to nearby streets? What does this involve? Costs to consider?
3. How do I go about getting current tenants to move out or pay more rent? What have you done to make sure this goes smoothly?
