Seeking SDIRA/40ak w/ Loan Function

This topic has been around forever, but it's now 2019 and the landscape continuously changes. I'm looking for a self-directed IRA which will let me hold a variety of asset classes (I currently hold cash, a mortgage note, and real estate) and offer 401k-style loan functionality (perhaps through a third party). Any suggestions?

I have assets to roll over from iPlan Group (SDIRA) and Ascensus (401k).

Thanks!
