Recommendation for Corp Formation other than Corporate Direct?

I am long time fan of Garrett Sutton and I was ready to use Corporate Direct (Garrett Sutton's law firm) to help set up my new business entity formation and long term asset protection; however sadly, the firm never returned my calls or emails, so I'm ready to move on to another service company.

I'm a Canadian resident, and the corporation formation for now is for my personal business practice in the United States. I have plans to purchase investment properties overseas as well (My 5 year goal is to purchase an investment single family in Japan and a multi-family in Belize). Therefore, it is very important for me to set up this business entity properly so that it would not interfere with my other real estate investments. Also it is challenging to find a service company that is 100% comfortable and experienced in dealing with international asset protection.

Do you guys have any recommendations?
