Calulate Township taxes

Hello, Does anyone have any guidance on how I calculate expected local township taxes? I am out of the Harrisburg area and the townships around here collect taxes sperate from the counties. I want this info so that I can factor the numbers in when I analyze properties. The places I have come across are the following. The second link i suspect is the correct one, but I am having trouble interpreting it. If that is the correct source, can someone elaborate on the numbers more for me?
