Looking for a Local Real Estate Friendly Accountant

I'm looking for an accountant near the Vancouver, Washington area who is knowledgeable in both WA and OR state laws. A major plus would be a tax attorney or an accountant with a JD to help with my estate planning, but understand that is a big ask.
