Combining retirement accounts into one Self Directed IRA

I have a 401k, Roth, and TSP from military service. I still work (but plan on leaving the company where I am vested with my 401k). The Roth is from my previous life and i've made too much to contribute in the past 3-4 years so it's just sitting there. and TSP is quite small at about 13k. I'm planning to s-corp myself any my partner has all his retirement in the stock market. We'd like to take mine out and self direct it for use in real estate. Can I add all three into one account then utilize it that way?
