Converting 2 person CA LLC to 1 person
My partner and I formed an LLC many years ago to run our retail business. He's retiring.
California allows 1 person LLCs (Corp Code 17050(a)).
At one time I recall a specific form for organizing a one-person LLC, but I don't see that form any more.
Anyway, does anyone know if there are any affirmative steps to take with the CA Secretary of State to "convert" my 2 person LLC to a 1 person LLC?
