i am currently under contract on a rental property in IL. I am being told that the deal may fall through because some mysterious nephews will not sign the deed. They have not signed the contract and I don't know who they are. What is my legal recourse?

@Account Closed , actually, there are some people in Atlanta that regularly buy quitclaims from relatives and wait it out until the others want to sell. While you can't do anything with the property, it still gives you a partial interest and the others will have to deal with you, if they want to sell.
