Hi everyone,
I'm new to real estate investing and are planning to form an LLC to start flipping houses. I'm looking for some direction on who to consult for the following topics:
1- What type of corporation is recommended when one of the partners is a non-US resident?
2- How to structure the business to get the most tax benefits, taking into consideration that 50% of the company will be owned by a foreigner?
Should I consult with various lawyers and a CPA, is it better to go with a firm that has experienced in various practices such as corporate and tax law and maybe immigration?
I rather go to one place to get all my answers if possible. Can someone please recommend a firm in the Orlando area that will be able to help me get these questions answered?
Thanks
