Looking to start flipping.

So I have yet to buy my first house to flip because I've been real busy takin notes and doing research on forums and reading other people's stories. I am interested in buying a house to flip but am not sure the best place to start for funding the project. I would like to use very little of my own money but would rather use an investors. Any recommendations on where to start? Also, could anyone recommend a well rounded real estate broker in bucks county pennsvania that work with flips?

I know I have a lot to learn and have been doing just that over these past few months. Any information will help or stories of routes others have taken in the beginning. I do have twins on the way and just curious how time consuming this will all be and is it a healthy time to dive into a flip. I just feel like it might be taking on too much working 40 hours and working 40 hours to flip while managing a healthy family life. Anyone done this? Or felt like this small bit of uncomfort in the beginning?
