Tax Account Out Of Action, Need To Replace and File for 2015

Hi, We're in San Diego, CA. needing help with filing our taxes. Our family Tax Account is recovering from major surgery. Long story short, we've made many attempts to contact our Tax Account with little success. Our documents are locked up in their office, answering machine is full, as well as their voice mailbox.  For now I just want to file for personal and business for 2015.
