MOST TIMES A CLOSING ATTORNEY REPRESENTS THE LENDER....IN THE WORLD OF REI A LOT OF CASH DEALS ARE BEING CLOSED....IS A CLOSING ATTORNEY NEEDED ON A CASH DEAL? NEWBIE HERE JUST WANTING TO MAKE AS FEW ERRORS AS POSSIBLE. THANKS!

Depends on your state. In IL, the closing on our personal residence was handled by attorney. Here in CO, closings are normally closed using a title company. Watch for an answer from someone investing in GA.
