Tax Garnish, Foreclosure & Bankruptcy

1. Filed bankruptcy & it was discharged 12/26/2013. 

2. Foreclosure was taken out of my name August 2014.

3. Spouse didn't pay his student loan, so IRS garnished our refund this year. 

Question: can I get a FHA loan under these circumstances & when?
