Hi there, I'm trying to figure out who gets a 1099. This past year, we did 35K worth of windows with a contractor. 1099? 

5K worth of paint with a handyman. 1099? 

5K worth of paint with a professional painter. 1099? 

Cleaning for more than $600 in between rentals. 1099? 

Lawn/Snow. 1099? Electrical work for 3K by a licensed electrician. 1099? 

A chimney removal for $1600. 1099?
