Hi all! My tax professional recently retired and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for someone in the Colorado Springs or Pueblo, Colorado area. Of course I am looking for someone knowledgeable in tax preparation and strategies for renal real estate.

Thanks!

Not necessarily, but it's nice to meet in person. I don't even know if state returns are different depending on the state.

Yes, the state returns are different. However, if you are unable to find a real estate specialist locally, keep in mind that all real estate accountants who answer questions on this board work nationwide and can prepare tax return in any state. And there's more than 20 of us here to choose from.
