Deductions and depreciation on taxes effects on refinancing

When claiming deductions and depreciation on my income tax return my adjusted gross income is decreased which reduces the amount in taxes I owe.  I am wondering if this reduction in agi will effect my ability to refinance and pull out equity on my property?  Thanks for the help!
