How long Do Probates Take?

An attorney told me that probates take about 3-12 months depending on the value of all the assets. Over 100k takes 3-12 months. I also watched a You Tube video and the wholesaler stated that every probate he's done (over 100), is completed within 90 days. This is conflicting information. Can anyone that has closed wholesale probate transactions shed some light regarding the probate duration? Thanks.
