I am retired, no W2, but have pension and SSA INCOME.

I HAVE RENTAL PROPERTIES W/ PM'S AND PASSIVE INCOME FROM DSTs AND SYNDICATIONS.

Can I qualify for QBI?

I consider RE INVESTING TO BE MY BUSINESS.  Does the IRS?
