Hey y’all,

I’m in San Antonio and looking for a tax professional focused on Real Estate. My current CPA is ok, but charges $1000 per tax season and doesn’t really offer any value or advice for real estate.

A little background: I am a new Realtor so will have self employed deductions now. I do have a long term rental as well as two short term rentals, one being an apartment at my residence. Everything is run through separate accounts to accounting is there. My wife is also self employed with a social media business.

Lastly, I do have a 401k with an old employer I’m possibly looking to roll over to a solo 401k. Best provider I’ve seen for this for real estate investment is Rocket Dollar. Any experience and advice on this would be much appreciated as well.

Thanks!
