On Stop Shop Securities Attorney + Consultant for a fund
I have done a couple of syndications where I worked with a securities attorney but REPE fund is a different ballgame and there are many nuances. I am looking for an integrated firm, which is not just filing paperwork but also guiding me based on benchmarks and best practices before(thesis formation etc), during(filing, guidance on timelines, capital call cadence etc) and after(investor portal recs, communication best practices etc).
Are there any such providers out there? I saw Jillian Sidoti had a program but looks like it might be sold out.
