DFW Real Estate Attorney

I’m looking for a real estate attorney in the DFW area who can help me with contract questions regarding a home that my parents and I have inherited.

The inherited home is divided 3 ways (mom, dad, me). My parents are letting me buy them out for 2/3 of the value by using a seller-finance type deal. I would like to eventually rent the home, but my parents don’t want their name to be attached to the home if I rent it. I was recommended a quitclaim deed by someone here on the forums, and I am wanting to speak with an attorney who might be able to give me further advice on the deed as well as other options.

Thank you

I can connect you with a title company who have lawyers on staff. I think you may need their services to do this?
