LLC for multi family

Hi all, 

I just purchased my first four units residential family. I got it with FHA loan so I'll be staying in one unit.

I believe The zip code is 63139 (dogtown area, Saint Louis city)

Should I put the property under LLC if I'm going to manage it by myself? Does the llc need business license or any document required?

One of my friends said the loan was in residential so the responsibility still on me anyway so I don’t need llc.
