Investing in the US using money from Outside the country

Hello,

I am currently based in the US and want to start a company/ fund where I can bring investors from outside the country as general partners or investors in an LLC. I would like to work with a lawyer/ CPA that specializes in setting up contracts, legal structures, etc. to help with this process and someone who can help me understand tax implications as well.
