Pittsburgh, PA - Need Attorney for a Real Estate Lending Deal

To Whom This May Concern:

In entering into a deal with a real estate syndicator operating in Pittsburgh, PA, as a lender, I want to ensure that the terms of our contract are fair and are protective of my interests. By seeking legal council to review these documents I want to move forward with my first lending deal.

May I ask for your reference to such an attorney, one who specializes in reviewing documents for a deal between a lender and a borrower?

This attorney must be knowledgeable in the local Pittsburgh market, in its regulations, and the potential legal pitfalls caused by entering into such a deal as a lender.

If no such an attorney comes to mind, perhaps you might recommend a reliable catalog of real estate attorneys. This catalog may be a web site with reviews and ratings or a hardcopy text.

Thank you for your consideration.

P.S. Of value too, and as a separate concern, if this attorney has the expertise to conduct due diligence on the aforementioned syndicator, his service will be most valuable.
