Operating agreements - exit specifics

Ben Miller
Posted

Hi! I'd appreciate direction or examples on defining how a partner might exit an operating agreement early for a long term buy and hold. I have a Cincinnati-based short term rental 3 parties are interested investing in together, profits/expenses would be distributed equally.  If a partner needs to bail from the agreement and wants their money back, but the other partners do not have the capital to cover, what options are there? I am sure this is covered in other posts or the files sections, I just haven't found it yet, so your examples or direction on keyword search would be appreciated! Thanks, Ben
