Questions for finding a good CPA

Im currently a contractor living in Virginia Beach, and I'm starting to look at properties to find my first rental.

At the same time I am trying to find a CPA who will understand both the contracting world and investing world.

What are some good questions that I should be asking the CPA's that I'm meeting with?
