Attorney / Title Company Referral in Ohio

Hello BP Community!

Can anyone recommend an Ohio attorney or title company that can accommodate an in-kind purchase transaction? Our L.P. is purchasing an OH property, instead of paying cash, we are paying in L.P. units.

It's a fairly straightforward transaction, we do this a lot in TX but haven't transacted in OH yet. I reached out to a bunch of title companies but they declined and recommended using an attorney.
