Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a lender that could find me an 80% LTV cash-out on my single family investment property in Oklahoma. I would appreciate anyone who might have some referrals on banks or lenders that can help with 80% as opposed to just 75%.

Thank you!

@Randy Green by any weird chance is this because you purchased the home with cash?

The best place to go to for that is local banks. Unless you can get a conventional loan, they might be able to do the cash out. But to find out who the players are in your area you need to talk to other investors in your area. Go to meet ups and ask them which Bankers are getting it done.

Elements financial credit union is my recommendation for Traditional Conforming Lending. I can send you contact information if you PM me.
