Loan Question : Duplex to SFR

Hello, I currently own and live in a Duplex which was my fist property that I purchased in 2009 with 3.5% down FHA. I live in one and rent out the other unit. I have refinanced through the years and I currently have an 7/1 ARM.

I want to purchase a SFR and use it as my Primary Residence. I will keep my duplex and rent out both units.

My question: can I still use an FHA loan and put 3.5% down. If I move In the SFR as my primary residence?
