What deals are possible with people wanting to invest in my LLC?

I've recently set up an LLC with 2 partners to invest in buy-and-hold RE, and we just closed on our second property a couple weeks ago. We've had several people ask about investing in our new LLC, and I'm curious what investment strategies would benefit both us in the LLC as well as any potential investors. Open to any and all creative ideas...any specific strategies for structuring these investments would be greatly appreciated!
