Have a House Flip Deal-Need Creative Ways to Help Finance

I have my first deal for a House Flip. Already have funds for Rehab cost, and most of the PP. However, I'm short $35K. I have not ever done a HML before? I have been reading the marketplace ads of other companies promoting their business. After reading the First post by Josh Dorkin Beware of Scams I'm not to certain about moving forward on doing applications with some businesses. What have other investors done to find financing? Or If a HML or PML would work for my scenario? I have went to my (OPM) and this is how I have been able to come up with most of the money except what I'm still short. My other dilemma is that having to get my deal by the end of this week! Does anyone have any suggestions on what worked for you or what I could look into doing?
