Unproven income as down payment?
Hey everybody, I work in the sports industry and with that often comes tips from players. At the end of each season I typically receive a fairly generous lump sum of cash from the players. I was wondering what options I have as to using that money as a down payment or just in general in real estate. Is my only option to claim that money so that I can prove where it came from?
