Anyone familiar with FundsForFlipping?

Hello, just curious if anyone has any experience with using the company call FundsForFlipping? They say they can get you up to 500K at 0% interest and they only charge a one time entry fee on your first round from them.  Seems to good to be true but seeing if anyone has used them or has knowledge on the company?
