First Time Homebuyer Programs

Hi Everyone,

I am in search of a suggestion from you all about first time homebuyer programs. I am hopefully about to close on my very first single family deal in Washington, DC. Very exciting!  I am currently working on the financing side of the equation, and I am wondering if there are any local (D.C.) or federal first time homebuyer programs that you recommend? Are there any programs for multifamily (2-4 units) if you plan on house-hacking?
