Extended closing but wants EM put at risk -CLOSE TOMORROW-

I am trying to close on a duplex. Have had multiple extensions already due to appraisal issues. It's taken over a month and at least 4 completed appraisal reports that were incorrect (literally filled out wrong and bank denied). Finally have one good to go and is approve-able but UW won't approve "because they know how much back and forth we had to get this one".

I'm confused how they can reference an old, incorrect appraisal in their UW of my otherwise clear-to-close application.

They want to send it to the loan servicing bank for approval but that can take 3-5 days. I'm supposed to close tomorrow. Seller offered an extension that will give me enough time but if I can't close will force me to lose nearly $3,700 in EM. I'm nervous to send it off to the loan servicing bank and risk them not approving as well.

Thoughts?
