Homes in that price range are increasingly hard to find. Though Gulf port is not a bad place to look. Are you working with a Realtor or looking for off-market deals? How do you intend to finance your purchase?

I have found good amount searching through zillow and realtor. I plan on buying cash, since i believe getting a loan for such a small amount would prove difficult.
