Tips on forming an LLC? (Memphis,Tn)
What's up guys,
I'm close to obtaining my license and seeking any advice on forming an LLC. I'm thinking it would be beneficial b/c I just happen to know a couple of contractors personally, and don't have much capital to start off with. Their pretty experienced, but what kind
of people would it benefit me most to have on my team? (Contracting companies, renovators, etc.)
