HELOC in Company Name

Has anyone been able to find a bank (local banks, small banks, credit unions, etc) that will provide HELOCs to properties owned by companies (instead of personal names)?  Looking for one that is flexible/creative and cares more about the asset and LTVs than the standard banking guidelines.
