Finding Investors/Creative Financing

Hello BiggerPockets,

I am new to the site and very interested in diving into the enormous amount of material on the site.  I was curious to hear how some of you have found investors for your properties?  I don't have a problem finding deals, and have had good returns on my first property and I think that will lead to referrals down the line but I am trying to scale at a faster pace.  I am trying to get out in front of as many names as I can.  I know it will lead to a breakthrough at some point but any tips or success stories would help.  Thanks!
